Each year, Gracefully Kept partners with local assisted living facilities to provide Christmas gifts to elderly residents. You're able to assist in this partnership two different ways, by clicking the "DONATE" button OR you can fill out the "Personal Shopper" intake form to personally shop for a grandparent and we will send you their name and their gift request.
